@tradertheory There’s certain trades I enter where I can almost instantly see I’ll get stopped out, but I don’t cut it.

Everyone knows they should cut losses quickly. Almost nobody does it. Your brain is wired to do exactly what losing requires.

@1MINUTETIP I was losing money for 2 years and even though everyone told me to journal I didn’t see the point. The day I started i haven’t had a losing month since. I now put more time into my journal than learning anything about trading

Start journaling. Stick to rules. One trade max per day. You can make the rest of this year great. Lock 🔐 in.

@tradertheory Equal highs and lows, could just find them myself but I miss them all the time
