No surprise @TheCoalitionSF tried to "settle" recently—clearly, they felt the winds shifting. If COH v. SF—or cases like it—hit the conservative @USSupremeCourt, they're in shaky territory. The 2019 Martin v. Boise precedent might even be overturned. The irony? A Trump-stacked conservative court could be liberal SF's unlikely ally in breaking our policy deadlock.
