FILO ENGENEs, today, March 12, the funds you entrusted to us made the rollout of the first truck under the name of PHILIPPINE ENGENEs possible. Every peso that made this happen came from the FILIPINO ENGENEs. From people here who love HEESEUNG and ENHYPEN with their whole hearts. Some of the people who donated have never even been to Korea. Some of you may have never stepped on an airplane before. For many of us, that country is just a dream destination, only something we have seen through screens, and through the lives of the seven boys we chose to stand beside. And yet today, something from the Philippines is standing there, alongside ENGENEs who will be there for the ENGENE protest. Many of us may never stand in front of that building ourselves. Many of us may never see Korea with our own eyes. But tonight, something that came from our country, from our people, from our love, is there. ENHYPEN gave four million pesos to help Filipinos recover when life had taken so much after a calamity. They were there for Filipino families, for people they had never met, surely some who were not even fans. But still, they gave. They didn’t hold back. They gave hope when hope felt lost. And what we’re doing today, rolling out this truck, is nothing compared to what they have done for our fellow Filipinos. Nothing can ever match that. But what they did, and what we’re doing, comes from the same place in our hearts. Today and in the coming days, we will show them what “mahal kita” really means. Not just words, not just feelings, but in our own little ways. This truck is our love, our gratitude, and our hearts from the Philippines reaching out to them, reminding them that they will always have a home to return to here in the Philippines. The Philippines they’ll always remember will not just be the crowd with good energy, the voices that never get tired singing with them at concerts and fan meets, or the country that prepares beautiful projects at every concert and fan meet. It will be the Philippines that stayed with them even when they couldn’t speak, even when it hurt, even when all they could do was keep going, and we kept going too, hurting with them, standing for them, never letting them face it alone. @BELIFTLAB For years, statements and notices have been shared properly on Weverse, a platform where ENGENEs could see them directly. As ENHYPEN’s agency, you knew this. You knew how it was supposed to be done. And yet, you broke that practice. Today, you released a “new statement” through an article at dawn, yes, in the middle of everyone’s rest, as if it were not something sensitive and personal to us. That is very disrespectful. Watching all of this unfold, you must be so proud of yourselves in that company. A statement dropped at dawn. How clever. How fulfilling it must feel. You thought this would shake us. You thought it would hurt us even more. Well, yes. It did. Congratulations! But did it break our will to stand up for the sevEN of them? No. Not even close. If anything, it ignited something even stronger inside every ENGENE. You called this fulfilling. Fulfilling for who? For the members? Have their feelings been considered? Have they been asked how they are coping? It seems not, because who in their right minds would subject their artists, facing such a devastating situation, to a fancall while the announcement is still fresh and one member is not there? Do those eyes look like people who feel fulfilled? You think this is fulfilling for Heeseung? Oh, come on. He will never be the person you are painting him to be in the eyes of the public. We know him and his heart and you can’t rewrite that. Don’t fool yourselves. Don’t even attempt to pull us into this delusion. If you expect us to stay quiet, move on and let this slide, think again. If all you’re seeing right now are unimaginable words directed at your company, it’s because you took away the respect we deserve as fans.
