Hospitals are regularly violating informed consent on newborns. Parents are handing over written notices refusing vaccines, eye ointment, blood tests, and other routine procedures… and hospitals are doing it anyway. This needs to stop. Default hospital protocols should not override parental rights. Delayed cord clamping should also be the standard so babies get their full blood volume and stem cells from the placenta.
