I wanted to clarify why I was very emotional and spoke up yesterday since a lot of people are very upset with my plead for kindness. I saw Shahz’s tweet a couple of days ago and it really affected me. I have experienced various tragedies and didn’t want to see Jake (or others) be put in a position knowing how things have affected his mental health this year. Back when Sentinels were getting a lot of hate I spoke about it on stream and faced some backlash and of course every time I try and stand up for Jake it’s met with a similar response, so for me personally it’s a scary experience to be vocal publicly about some things which is why I premised my initial response with “it’s been a while since I’ve bit at the community” because every time I did I felt like I wasn’t doing enough. I apologise to those that think I need to be a bigger advocate and do better. This is something I’ve stood by privately and have tried my best to support those I know. I should have made it clearer that I don’t support any personal attacks towards our players in general. I hope you can understand it was heartbreaking for me to see people shit on Jake when he was crying and at his lowest, which has been going on all year. I reacted in defense of someone I cared about and I hope everyone can understand it did not come from a bad place. Sorry again
