@jbartee @zicobarre No idiot it does not. The administrative "warrant" is a bull shit ICE created to confuse the retards. To enter a house legally, they need a real warrant not a fake one, that is the reason they left.

@camyoungfan33 @zicobarre Correct, assuming it's a third residence. If it is the primary residence, then no, the arrest warrant suffices.

@jbartee @zicobarre This is incorrect. An arrest warrant does not get you into the home of a third party. It only allows you to enter the suspect’s home to arrest them

This was a stupid skit, you can't take any of this as how it would carry out. The warrant can be demanded to be presented, IDs as well to ensure they are actual officers affecting the arrest. And yes, denying entry in this case is impeding. "Everyone will be arrested" would generally mean any adult effectively prohibiting execution of the warrant. They aren't cuffing a 10yr old answering the door.

False Narrative. It is in their best interest to keep this lie afloat. If the teachers are begging for donations, and crying about how little they get paid while needing to buy $0.25 crayons for the kids, it pushes people - mostly parents, to A) donate, because who doesn't want kids to have crayons or tissues, right? Why pay for things you're willing to give freely... B) support (generally) education initiatives, like Bonds, or school funding fees/taxes - because, of course they need money, YOU had to donate $0.25 crayons and the teachers are broke... C) (here's the critical point) - IGNORE the FAILURE of the system. Of course the schools perform terribly and those kids graduate without reading... the school can't even afford crayons! Blame the teacher? They are buying pencils out of THEIR own salary. Barely getting by, they can only Do. So. Much.

My kid's school asked me to donate supplies. Paper. Pencils. Hand sanitizer. Tissues. I pay property taxes. My state has a $4 billion surplus. The federal education budget is $238 billion. And the teacher is buying pencils out of her own paycheck. And I'm sending in Ziploc bags. We fund stadiums for billionaires with public money. We fund schools with bake sales. And then blame teachers when test scores drop.

@Polymarket Maybeit's me, but since tax payers must provide their tax payer ID, which is government issued, and is either a Social Security ID, or a TIN given to people on visas, etc. shouldn't the IRS know this based on the filing? Why ask?

Elon won't put his money where his philosophy lies in practice today. He should offer every existing employee 100% compensation, or heck 50%, lifetime. No requirement to work. They opt out of day to day or keep on for the 100. He won't because he knows the vast majority will disappear
Sen. Bernie Sanders@SenSanders

Question for Musk: You tell us not to worry about the jobs that’ll be wiped out by AI & robotics because the government will provide everyone with “universal high income.” Really? How will that be paid for when you can’t even support a 5% tax on your $817 billion in wealth?

There is no "Mandated Reporter" for HIPAA violations. This would be a Privacy breach, and only professionally ethical action, not legal. Mandated Reporter is a particular legal term where the government has penalty - like jail - for failing to report particular things, abuse & neglect primarily. Breaking HIPAA is a professional policy issue. There is no "Strikes" against you for failing to report outside of any state licensing board where YOUR violation can be reported. But no jail time. No arrest. No criminal penalty whatsoever. namr.org/news/what-is-a…

This woman reported her own sister for HIPAA violations… and it got her sister fired. Her sister works in nurse staffing and was taking work calls at home in the living room, discussing patient information out loud and even making comments about patients while the family was sitting right there watching a movie. The woman says she’s a mandated reporter herself, so she felt she had no choice but to report it. So here’s the question — was she right to report her own sister, or should family loyalty have come first? Would you have done the same thing in her position? If I felt this strongly about what my sister was doing, I would have had a conversation with her first, not just report her.

You are also the problem with inflated consumer prices. Because it costs $85 (or prevailing wage, so job bids are closer to $150-$300/hr) for the counter to be built, the operational price to get the shop up and running is higher, and in commercial retail, this means rent & triplenet/cam fees are higher. But also, good on you. More people doing their own work for their own wage is honest American Living. My issue isn't you and the independent tradesmen. It's the gov't involvement, unions, that inflate these wages to unbearable market realities.

Only 14 percent of ALL workers in the trades make over 100k a year. The average is closer to 50k a year. Do not let conservatives lie to you. Go to college. Get an education. Do not break your body down for 25 dollars an hour.

@NeilRDunn @TaraHeyer96826 You realize with Daylight savings, sunrise in the winter will be after 8am? Meanwhile your sunset is 5-6pm Think what this means for schools, and commuters? They're STILL driving to work in the dark, but now, the kids are walking to school and catching the bus in freezing dark

Highly doubt God intended for PST when people wake up in winter drive to work in the dark and drive home in the dark. DST at least gives families opportunities to enjoy the sun in the evening before it sets. It just forces society to wake up earlier and be more productive. Not that deep

Because Politico, like so many others, have terrible journalist and prescribe to bias, inciteful reporting - and then latch on to that reporting from others with similar and don't actually read the 9 pages, or even the 1 page, with any sense of comprehension. tl;dr - No Kid left behind masked as reporting

@KlasfeldReports Your citation is not relevant in any way to the claim you make on partisan restriction. You need to refer to Article 4 of the Settlement - The Composition of the fund. Particularly section B.
