Road to $1M in Ecom -Day 20 🚀 Revenue: Still early Ad Spend: Worth every lesson 20 days in, and here’s the biggest lesson I’ve learned so far: We kept switching products because we thought the product was the problem. But the real issue was our landing page. Our creatives were strong enough to generate clicks and even some sales, which made us believe everything was working. But the landing page wasn’t doing its job. The design was weak. The offer wasn’t presented clearly. There weren’t enough reviews or trust elements. So every time performance dropped, we blamed the product and moved on. On our third product, instead of changing the product again, we rebuilt the landing page from scratch. And it worked. Biggest Lesson So Far: A great creative gets the click. A great landing page gets the sale. Clean design, strong copy, compelling offer, and as many genuine reviews and trust signals as possible can completely change your conversion rate. Sometimes the product isn’t the problem. The landing page is. Still learning every day. Still far from the goal. $1M in revenue in 2026 with my partner. We’re just getting started. 💪

This is how you create a high-converting AI VSL (step-by-step): The actor you’re watching? 100% AI-generated. Here’s the exact process I used: 1. Hook (Most important part) I didn’t guess. I studied winning ads, broke down their hooks, and rebuilt one that already works. 2. Script (Conversion > creativity) Clear problem → relatable story → strong solution → direct CTA No fluff. Every line has a purpose. 3. Visuals (AI avatar + scenes) Generated the actor using Higgsfield Used GPT Image Model 2 for supporting visuals 4. Voice (Human-like delivery) Voiceover done using ElevenLabs Focused on tone, pauses, and pacing (this matters a LOT) 5. lol just found some OLD intro clips (😭 probably like 2 years old ) from when I was making my Upwork profile… I remember ,i thought it’d be easy so didn’t even write a script at first ended up struggling, then finally wrote one and made the video just watched it again and yeah… thought let’s post it so funny it was so difficult for me back then. also making an Upwork profile was one of the best decisions fr… people say it’s not good but it’s been a year and I haven’t even sent proposals clients just send me invites 🤷‍♂️

My V5.1 Realism Framework Simplicity executed perfectly will always outperform complexity done poorly. I’ll take video made in 30-minutes at a $50 CPM over a 2-minute “single prompt” clip at $300+ CPMs… but they don’t tell you that part 🤣
