With heavy hearts, we share that Hope Lynn (Longson) Beddard, 60, of Galena, Ohio, passed away on January 25th after an unexpected illness, with her husband by her side.
Hope was raised in Ridgewood, NJ, studied Business at William Paterson University, and worked in fashion in New York City. Those who knew her will remember her bright smile, her unmistakable laugh, and her impeccable sense of style, matched only by the incredible closets she designed and filled with pieces she loved. She gave hugs that made everyone feel seen, safe, and deeply cared for. After meeting her husband, Jeremy, she followed her greatest dream—building a family—and devoted every day to loving them deeply. Her warmth, wisdom, and the world’s best baked ziti will be forever missed.
She is survived by her husband, Jeremy; her children Bryce (and his wife, Shaina), Hannah, and Bret; her parents, Lauraine and Don; her sister, Carrie; her mother‑in‑law, Pam; and her beloved dogs, Coco and Daizy.
A burial service will be held at 11:00 AM on January 30th at Blendon Central Cemetery, 6350 S. Hempstead Road, Westerville, OH.
Immediately following, an open house and brunch will be held at the Beddard family home — 6534 Via Florenza Drive, Galena, OH — and all are welcome to attend.
