Looking for things that promote psychological safety and put the employee on a level playing field with the employer. Anything around guaranteed severance to everyone?

What are some of the most meaningful employee benefits you’ve seen?

@davidfano It is a financing mechanism. I can think of other business models where the company pays a lot upfront and then the customers pay back for that cost over time as part of their fees. It allows for cash management and access to housing that otherwise may have been prohibitive.

@davidfano I agree! So far I have yet to meet the ideal worker OR the perfect mom so definitely seems impossible to be both.
