Please start loving yourself. Dark skin also faces harsher penalties, are you going to start bleaching? I don't even think white people are as judgemental regarding hair anymore - especially in 2026. We are putting alot of this pressure on ourselves.

@ewwww2345 Because of white supremacy & the societal structures we live in where white messy hair doesn’t face the same penalties as black messy hair. A messy wig isn’t going to get the same treatment as “messy” natural hair.

This is puppetry. Ambulances that were due to be replaced are now being replaced by our taxes. Despite them not being NHS ambulances just ones that solely serve their community.
No other race/religion has its own police & ambulances.

4C hair is gbeautiful but it’s disingenuous to act like there aren’t systemic reasons why so many ppl don’t feel comfortable wearing it out. i think maybe we should approach less by shaming, but lead thru encouragement, love, and example. tell and show how gorgeous our hair is!
