Reposting with Chris’s correct X handle. In this piece, @christopherrufo says that I withheld a $1 billion of donations to @Harvard. This is false. I have not withheld donations to @Harvard. Rather, I did previously disclose that I am aware of a billion dollars of donations from others that have been withheld because of the Claudine Gay situation and events on campus over the last several months. @jbheller1 @MrORuns depends on how much $ performance is worth to you, but in my experience they have made me 2-4% faster. the "best" depends on you, not the shoe. every shoe company has a carbon plated shoe by now using the same materials, so it's just a matter of which design and upper fits you.

@JTMartingCRE Interesting article - I think the sole driver in an increase in single fam are hedge funds. They are starting to invest in low cost single fam homes versus high capital multi fam. Excited to see how this plays out.
