Just arrived in Preston after a 4.5 hour drive in unremitting rain, ready for our Housing and Statutory Nuisance course for Lancashire Housing Officers group tomorrow. The course is indoors, it doesn't matter if it's raining, but it would be really nice if the rain would stop.🌧️
