@Mangledpolitics I feel like for most single joint movements, higher reps are better. At least that’s worked for me. Bicep, triceps, leg ext, leg curls. All higher reps movements for me.

Is it just me or does higher reps seem to work better for quads?

Wouldn’t it be nice if Chop Robinson got his shit together? It’s not something I would bet on though. Last season absolutely killed my Chop vibe. Edge is still an enormous need. Dolphins will probably have to get creative with their blitz packages to survive next season.
