He decided to play Azipilicueta as LB while Ashley Cole sits on the bench. He won the league at the end of the day. Jose Mourinho doesn't care about relationships in football he only cares about results. The special one for a reason.

Of the managers out there, Alonso would be the one to stick with for a few seasons. Give him more influence than other BlueCo managers were afforded, reduce the number of sporting directors to one, and maybe the club turns the corner towards stability.
