No matter how careful I was in looking, inattentional blindness caused me to miss the correct option -- listed in the S section of course ... as "- School not specified". Given the prefixed hyphen, why wasn't it at the top before the A's? No databinding during pre-sort?

Saw a web form today with a required field for "School" listing 530 hardcoded universities. Ugh. Scrolled down, but my university was not listed. No write-in option or Other selection, either. Bad design, or am I missing something?
