Getting out of your car brandishing a weapon will not look good in court. But also, walking the woman down and continuing to advance after she clearly indicated she would shoot if he kept coming is a strong case for self defense... if she were white. But she ain't. Problem!

🚨 Woman fatally shoots man during argument over a parking space at North Lauderdale Walmart, claims self-defense. 62-year-old Bart Diguglielmo was shot and killed Tuesday afternoon in the parking lot of the Walmart. According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, he and a woman got into a verbal dispute over a parking spot. The woman warned him to walk away before she opened fire. She stayed at the scene, cooperated with detectives, and claimed she acted in self-defense. The shooting was captured on video by a witness and a nearby Tesla. Diguglielmo was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. No charges have been filed yet as the investigation continues. These kinds of disputes turning deadly are becoming too common. 🚨 Man pulls gun on three college students who were simply handing out flyers for their car detailing business. The students were going door-to-door in Florida when a man approached them, pulled out a handgun, and said his gun was cocked and he was “always ready to shoot.” One of the students recorded the encounter. So far, no charges have been filed and Pinellas County deputies are still investigating. These were young people running a legitimate small business.
