Reading the Bible for myself with fresh eyes after so many years apart from the church is a game changer. The way I’m looking up the etymology of the Hebrew words, what every word means, & picking this book apart…my brain & spirit are excited.

I didn’t know that overstimulation, ADHD, or autism were a thing growing up. As an adult, it all makes sense. I don’t apologize for needing to regulate & going into a space of sensory deprivation.
