@jcherry01 @BanditBus I sent an email to tickets@manutd.com explaining I was getting this error following a change of phone. They were a bit slow answering, you might be better ringing the ticket office at this stage.

@BanditBus You got any idea about transferring a normal ticket from one member to another? Pretty sure it’s impossible. Season ticket holders have the option to forward their ticket on but if a member can no longer go they can’t send it to a mate which I don’t understand
