Not what the rule was brought in for … there’s no deliberate attempt from the Barrs player to cynically slow down the play . It’s not good enough for a rule like this to cost a team a Munster Club Chship. Surely a tweak can be made to make it punishable for an obvious delay 🤷🏻‍♂️
