The alleged Jan. 5/6 pipe bomber parked on D St. between Folger and Providence Park, DOJ says. He allegedly planted 1 bomb, walked back to his car, got the next one and planted that, returned again and went home. You're telling me the FBI couldn't track him on street cameras?

@JD_Cashless @julie_kelly2 That’s a request to enter default, not default judgment. Defaults are typically set aside by consent, to allow the party to answer. Happens often when there is some delay in engaging counsel. A default judgment would be a much later step.

🚨🇺🇸BREAKING: Chud the Builder’s mugshot has been released. Dalton Eatherly, the livestreamer known online as "Chud the Builder," has officially been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, and employing a firearm in the commission of a felony, after a confrontation outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville turned into a shootout Wednesday. Both men were shot. Both are in stable condition. The second man's identity hasn't been released, and investigators haven't confirmed what sparked the altercation or whether both were armed. Just days earlier, Eatherly was arrested in Nashville for refusing to pay a $371 dinner tab at Bob's Steak & Chop House after staff asked him to stop livestreaming and making racial slurs at customers. I mean the guy was thought to be a”bomb threat at fort H just trying to get paper work, I can imagine how he’s behaving when someone is trying to serve him.
Wouldn’t this information go through a lawyer. He claims he’s retained a lawyer since starting the whole fort H shenanigans.
