@_lestial_ well, true naman na may ibang pb na mas mahirap pa sa BE and meron din alien questions, but that’s just some and not the whole exam naman. but I agree, enough na yung may strong foundation ka sa basics kasi mapapaikot mo na yan kahit anong problem ma encounter mo :)

@jdcparkive Kinakabahan ako ganon ba talaga kahirap mga tanungan sa BE sabi kasi mas mahirap daw pb ng mga rc kesa actual, meron naman iba na ang alien daw ng question🥹 enough na ba talaga na you know the basics?

nasa mastery phase na ba lahat? hahaha if u are wondering if enough pa yung time mo until BE for recall and mastery.. I had no mastery/recall phase since sumunod lang ako sa sched ng rc (hence I finished all topics before final pb) pero kinaya naman ☺️

@_lestial_ after final pb, what I did for my remaining time is to answer preweek HOs and final pb from other rcs . para sakin yun na yung parang mastery phase ko 😂

@jdcparkive Wala pa huhu andami ko pang backlogs, I dunno kung kakayanin sa May kasi if matapos ko man vid lect tapos kulang sa mastery parang di talaga ubra😭 2 weeks mastery is not enough HAHAHAH

@kkecpa napressure din ako dati sa mga mastery phase na when I only covered around 60% pa lang, pero I always tell myself na review isn’t about speed but gaining deep understanding of the topics
think of it like this, the first one to finish an exam doesn’t always get the highest score

tbh, nakakapressure so much magscroll sa studytwt these days kasi halos lahat nasa recall/mastery phase na. as someone na sumusunod sa sched ng rc, parang napapag iwanan aq huhu buti may mga ganitong tweet. navavalidate yung sched at strat q 🥹

for me, only memorize the 4 way analysis kasi ito na yung complete package. it rlly doesn’t matter naman if 2, 3, or 4 way ginamit mo as long as nakuha mo yung final answer.

@jdcparkive Hello po. Meron po kayong notes for MS? Effective po sakin ung excel niyo for AFAR during my recall phase so I am wondering if meron kayong MS kasi ito ung subject na hirap na hirap po ako 🥺

@khemkimmm hi! afaik basic acctg for corpo ng 1st yr ay under FAR. partnership topics sa AFAR (1) ay usually taken up pa sa 3rd yr. pero if nakikita mo na same sila, feel free to use this for review ☺️

@agyamanakCPA meanwhile “volume” var. kasi this is abt whether you produced more or less than normal capacity. remember that SH is computed by actual production x standard time per unit
volume var. is actually just: (actual production - normal capacity) x SFR

@agyamanakCPA if hihimayin natin itong 4-way, you would notice the formula of spending var. is actually just: (AVR - SVR) x AH. did you spend more or less than the standard rate? kaya sya “spending”
just the same way efficiency var is just: (AH - SH) x SVR.

@agyamanakCPA “controllable” bc management can influence the use/spending of variable overhead. “efficiency” bc it’s basically AH vs SH, did you work faster or slower than the standard hours?
