@jddunn09 @John_Karalis Agreed. Their paths to long term success are either 1) State of the art practice facility and arena upgrades in Connecticut, or 2) move to a bigger market — hopefully and most likely Boston. And with the Celtics being sold soon…

@John_Karalis I fear that may be even harder than it sounds, given the lack of motivating factors for big pieces to move to CT (consistent crowd is no longer abnormal, no training facility, small mkt, small arena) and they have very few draft picks in the next few years

I've been saying since 1997 (!) the 3 point line ruined the beauty and explosiveness of basketball. Have it in 2nd quarter and 4th to allow for comebacks. Not in 1st and 3rd. And bring back my high socks and boxer briefs.

@Buccigross I think the 3 point line highlited the talent that players have. Ability yo put the ball through the hoop from further away is more talent. The explosiveness was taken away by bad refs falling for flops.
