I can't believe I'm having this conversation with people telling me putting minimum wages up doesn't increase the price of goods and services.
Clearly none have ever come close to running a business.
If your labour costs go up, that money has to come from somewhere.
You can absorb it.
You can reduce staff.
You can automate.
Or you can raise prices.
Most businesses do a combination of all four.
The secondary impact none of you bootlickers are considering is the automation piece.
With AI circling society it doesn't take much for a business owner to take the leap and implement AI meaning accelerating job losses.
