@INEMexico ¿Podrían decir qué números de guía (códigos de barras) deben aparecer en los sobres de regreso? Ustedes aclaran que el nombre del destinatario y dirección puede variar, pero ¿también el número de guía? Mi sobre dice MEX 090 4-08 y el de mi esposa MEX 015 09-14 ¿son correctos?
