#Supergirl: ...the movie has some big plot holes. Not comic-book lore vs. movie logic—I mean the movie's own internal logic doesn't hold together.

We ask a lot of the average person. Find the right voices. Separate signal from noise. Figure out who’s credible. Don’t be late. The answer can’t always be “do more research.” Sometimes the answer is building better tools.

Trill keeps a record of every tweet, meaning deleted calls and paid shills remain permanently visible on the platform. We then tally up every call to give influencers an accuracy rating. Which traders or influencers do you think are the worst offenders?

At a quick glance crypto’s shift from opinions to context feels inevitable. There are plenty of people telling you what to think. What's missing is a better way to understand why some voices deserve more trust than others.

I've spent two decades in media, where attention was the metric everyone chased. Crypto made me realize attention and trust aren't the same thing. We know who gets engagement. We know who goes viral. What we don't have is a great way to understand who has actually earned trust over time. We're going to change that. That's why I'm excited to join Trill as Chief Evangelist Officer.

Crypto has a thousand confident voices and no reliable way to tell them apart. A tire company solved this problem for restaurants a century ago. We wrote about why crypto needs the same thing and the problem we’re solving. Interested? Waitlist is open! trill.io

Industry data confirms what behavior has already shown. The experience no longer lives in one place — it’s distributed across many. Which is why the real battleground has shifted. Not just who has the rights. But who owns the moments around the game. Because that’s where fandom is built. research.mountain.com/insights/two-t…

Mobile didn’t win. TV didn’t disappear. Instead, mobile became something else entirely: a hub. A second screen. A control center. Where fans check scores, watch highlights, track stats, switch between apps, and decide what to watch next. In sports especially, this shift is unmistakable.

Then I spent the next five years at #Roku. And reality looked different. It was the living room. Lean-back viewing. Big screens. Long-form content. Premium experiences. Mobile wasn’t replacing TV—it felt secondary. Fast forward to today, and both were right.

Back in the early 2010s at #Fox, “snackable” mobile content was the perceived future of media. Short-form, on-the-go, small screens. One of my first projects was pulling clips from top films and distributing them on #YouTube — driving discovery and purchase. The belief was simple: mobile would become the center of content consumption.

#LachlanMurdoch called the deal a "defining moment" for FOX. Hard to argue with that. Wishing my former colleagues at #FOX and #Roku the very best as they navigate this exciting new chapter together.

From FOX's perspective, this is about owning both the content and the distribution. From Roku's perspective, it's about gaining the scale and content portfolio needed to compete in an increasingly consolidated market.

#FOX 's acquisition of @Roku is one of the most significant media deals of the #streaming era — and hits close to home, having worked at both companies. 🦊 A few thoughts:
