@anonymouspi Right. Should always be about making an accurate claim decision. Had plenty of disability fraud cases that started with suspicious indicators and ended with surveillance confirming the validity of the claim. Accurate outcomes are important. Either way.

Sometimes claims Investigations are less about trying to catch out a potential fraudster and more sorting through the chaos so the insurer can make a reasoned aim decision. Just closed one investigation with a good outcome for the insured.
