I did a study on So Cal Head Football Coaches hired from the 4 year level back in 2023. These guys had just 3 winning seasons, among all of them. And their average stay was just 24.9 months. They were 113-168, won 40% of their games. High School Admin get intrigued by "names." More often than not, college and pro coaches do not work out at the high school level. The data proves this . . . .
