@adam_laufer @TomWellborn @pwslaw You are correct about the lawsuit but according to the story at vanityfair.com/style/2016/12/…, the reason was because he wanted to join the club and they denyed him. So he decided to sue the club for their not allowing certain racial groups so they would have to allow anyone to join.

Then he took all the publicity.
