Uma design for Sun Dancer, the undefeated Triple Crown mare!
Just like her sire, Fair And Square, the first Triple Crown winner, she won the Triple Crown AND won the Presidential Gold Cup two years in a row! She was the only mare to ever win the PH Triple Crown.

The Triple Crown.
For 48 years, Philippines' greatest three-year old horses run to gain that title.
Twelve had already claimed it.
Is it time for a new champion to stand alongside them?

Uma design of Philippines' first Triple Crown winner, Fair And Square!
Also the first to win two Presidential Gold Cups in a row
Her wizard theme comes from how the irl horse's owner is Cesar Mamon, the father of Mario Mamon, the founder of Enchanted Kingdom!

@rainbow_volcano Those are insanely heavy, those are even heavier than greatswords the height of a person! I am talking in terms of HEMA, swords used in actual duels fought in full intensity, 4kg is usually the upper limit for practicality. You definitely have it tougher with swords like that.
English

@rainbow_volcano We must simply have different experiences, two handed swords that are double the weight of rapiers are definitely on the heavy side. Rapiers would weigh somewhere around 1kg and longswords around 1.3kg. I’ve even seen rapiers that weigh more and longswords that weigh less.
English

@jebidebi Respectfully I have to disagree. Most rapiers weigh half the amount of dual-handed swords.
I can immediately tell the difference while holding one. Granted the props I've used are not intended for modern combat, but they are intended to replicate the feeling
English

@rainbow_volcano Swords in general arent good against armor. Duels, especially with rapiers, are almost always unarmored. Halfswording or using a dagger is the better option. Also if a broadsword is so heavy it takes a lot of time to just move it, it was never an effective weapon to begin with.
English

@jebidebi True, it has a point and can therefore thrust! But the blade is MUCH wider, so it's less likely you'll hit between plates of armor or another weak point. Moving a broadsword often requires shifting your weight, which takes time, and also tends to broadcast it to your oppponent
English

@rainbow_volcano I’m not familiar with broadswords in the theatre sense, but any sword with a point can thrust. I’m not sure of any dueling styles that excludes an entire way of attacking.
English

@rainbow_volcano They aren’t much faster either, yes they have a center of mass closer to the hand but using two hands means you can accelerate the blade just as fast. The rapier is superior because of its reach, being long and one handed gives you so much effective range.
