And don't hesitate to "trace" very basic sketches over them to figure out how things work.

@Jek_Korpen not all art styles have to be clean, sometimes it's more fun to sketch and color instead of full on lineart and rendering

On that note, "go outside. people aren't as horrible irl as they are online" is also bullshit. Online is just where they get to be their true self that you don't see irl. Difference is that now you don't get to act ignorant about it anymore since it's bleeding into real life
