no extension, ESMA ruled that out months ago
so any exchange without a full CASP licence can no longer legally serve EU users
i moved my funds to @OKX Europe ahead of it 🖤
they’ve had the full MiCA CASP licence from Malta’s regulator since Jan 2025, passported across all 30 EEA states
how it works:
1. verify your account
2. opt in to the deposit bonus before funding
3. transfer or deposit min €10
