Colonoscopy. No one wants to do it, but it is necessary. (Especially with family history.) I’m not going to lie. It’s not fun. The prep is the worst part. The procedure is not a big deal. If you are 45 or older, get it done.

@jeffwagner620 I am not sure what laws dictate, but why can’t we make Jails as uncomfortable as possible? In our current jails, it seems cushy with 3 square meals and cable TV. People aren’t afraid to go there. Make it awful.

@TomSilverstein This is a yearly thing with the Packers and LaFleur. Low energy, weird throws from Rodgers, out classed again in your home field. If that doesn’t motivate you to play with a killer instinct and destroy the opponent why play? Who cares if you win a bunch of games each year.

Much to come on the #Packers' loss to the #Lions and the failure to make the playoffs. But this was a flawed team and a four-game winning streak didn't erase all the warts of an aging QB with too much control, poor creativity on offense, not enough WR talent and a fickle defense.

Good grief. Rodgers somehow doesn't see the safety and throws an ill-advised deep ball to Aaron Jones that is picked off. Careless throw only bailed out by an illegal hands to the face call on the Lions. #Packers get a first down out of it all.
