The worse is that they just delay 30 mins at a time knowing we have to change planes which will take more than an hr, but refuse to be honest about the delay @AmericanAir

I’ve been an @AmericanAir client for years being a DC resident and flying out of DCA… I’ve now had a 31 hr delay for mechanical issues (and had to pay for my hotel) and 4+ hr delay back to back…please fix your planes
