Morgan Ryan is one of the best hosts we have at Milestone and he’s only 17 years old!! He helps me on regular weekends every now and then, but it was amazing to have him hosting for Next Gen Weekend!

We all know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed. Overwhelmed by work, by family challenges, by a health situation. But what’s the opposite of being overwhelmed? This weekend 1 John will show us. I hope you’ll join us and find out!

What an awesome day fishing with two great men @theRandyHowell & @LakerHowell! They coached me on how to fish for fish. I coached them on how to fish for men. We had a great time learning and growing together!

Your past hasn’t disqualified you from being used by God. Be reminded of that today!

(2/2) I’m so thankful for our awesome kid’s team and all of the volunteers who contributed so much to an amazing three days. And to the 150 student leaders who stepped up to pour into the generation coming behind them, I’m proud of you! You don’t have to wait to be great.

(1/2) We always say that in the race to a kid’s heart, whoever gets there first wins. This week we had two rounds of VBS where 282 kids gave their hearts to Christ!

We’re so grateful for what God is doing. And I’m so proud of the men of Milestone Church. Keep engaging, growing, and leading the way for your families! It is making a difference.

So proud of @Brandy_Little for preaching an incredible message at Summer Splash the past two nights! She doesn’t just preach these things, she walks them out. Honored to call her my wife!

For the battle that you’re in, or the battle that you’re going to face…God promises that He is with you and is going to give you the help you need through the Holy Spirit.

If you feel like giving up today, let me encourage you—don’t quit! Keep doing it for Jesus, and in time you’ll see fruit.

Today we take time to remember and honor those who laid their lives down and served our country. We also pray for the families they left behind. Our freedom wasn’t free. #MemorialDay

So proud of each of these communicators that spoke across 9 services this weekend. They have all prioritized spiritual family and have seen the blessings of staying planted. I’m grateful for the way they encouraged our church family this weekend.

26 years ago I graduated from Baylor University, and today my oldest daughter, Hannah Grace, graduated with a degree in Communications. Love you girl! #sicem #baylorgrad

One of my favorite things about Serve Day was seeing every generation of Milestone Church participate. Our kids made signs for prisoners starting a Freedom Group, and our middle & high school students collected toiletries for Keller ISD students experiencing homelessness.

Haslet Campus started as a move of God among students and what God is doing in our young people there is continuing to grow. During every @ourelevate super series, we send busses to Haslet so students can have a ride to Elevate on Wednesday nights. God did awesome things!

I hear a lot of concern over where the next generation is heading. It’s not easy to be a young person today. But no matter how dark the world may appear, Jesus is still changing lives. I’m blown away by what God’s doing in the lives of students at our Haslet Campus!

Proud of my son-in-law for graduating yesterday with his undergraduate degree in Management and Ethics. He’s continuing on to pursue his masters degree in Leadership. I’m so proud of all of his hard work and dedication!
