@ChrisSacca Loved your convo on @tferriss’ pod, but here’s a thought—if you believe in kids getting into trouble, building street smarts, and learning to hustle… isn’t that happening online now? You romanticize rebellion—until it’s digital. Then it’s bad. Then it’s dangerous. The back alleys, underground poker games, and hustle spots of your youth? They’re now Discord servers, Snapchat threads, and Fortnite lobbies. So why the panic when kids explore their streets? If social media & gaming are off-limits, where do they learn to take risks and navigate difficult social situations? As a parent of a 12- and 15-year-old, I'm also unsure what kids need to learn today to be successful, but I believe we need to meet kids where they are—in the reality of 2025. Would love to hear your take—how do we guide, not just restrict?

Key supporting uses (cafe/coffee, pub, movie theatre). Soft and hardscape. Intimate scale. Sculpture art and water that engages kids.
