A court just stopped Ramaswamy’s running mate and other republicans from forking $600M in Ohioans’ private, unclaimed funds over to a billionaire donor for a stadium. Why? The Constitution. We cannot let these guys run Ohio any longer.

Vivek Ramaswamy’s running mate, Rob McColley, was one of the leaders in raiding $600M in private, unclaimed funds and handing it over to a billionaire. But today a court stopped him, finding that grabbing our funds to hand to a big donor, without any due process, likely violated the Constitution.

@MariaBruno01 Unfortunately this happens all the time. I would add forced arbitration, choice of law and class action waivers into this discussion. They all allow corps to hide bad behavior.

Today, I swore in Deputy Chief Kevin Riley as the 11th police chief and first minority police chief for Parma. Recently retired Police Chief James Blair passed the baton to the new chief at the police station. The wooden baton is etched with names of former Parma police chiefs.

Ashland County Democrats calling for the murder of our President is disgusting, especially after two serious attempts on his life and the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Once again, Democrats have shown us they will continue to encourage political violence. Defending it on free speech grounds instead of being ashamed of what they're saying speaks volumes. The fair was right to remove them.

The Ashland County Democratic Party has filed a federal lawsuit against the Ashland County Fair for throwing the party out of the fairgrounds. County Dems had been ejected over "Is he dead yet?" and "8647" buttons referencing Donald Trump.

Former US Attorney David Devillers and his group of rogue prosecutors are starting to get their due. Their job was to prosecute real criminals. Instead, they wasted millions on trying to enforce their view of political morality on some while protecting their friends. I'd advise Mr. Devillers to lawyer up.
