Today I was reminded that not all superheroes wear capes. Some: have lost someone they love and channel grief into hope; are caregivers and somehow summon the strength to fight for hope; are in wheelchairs or talk with their eyes but never give up hope. Good night moon.
4 days later, and I'm still in awe of my daughter Myla's performance in her first amateur MMA fight. She was focused, composed (which her mother and I were not before & during the fight), aggressive & clearly not afraid of the moment inside the octagon. #TeamMyla #ProudDad
