Corporate Update: Settlement of Legacy Destino Ranch Obligation Golden Triangle Ventures, Inc. has entered into a Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release to resolve a legacy obligation related to the Destino Ranch transaction. This matter represented an approximate $4.4 million obligation tied to prior agreements entered into under previous management. Through this agreement, the Company has successfully negotiated a final settlement totaling $300,000, to be paid in scheduled installments. Upon completion of the settlement: • All related claims will be fully and permanently resolved • The underlying agreements will be terminated • Both parties will enter into a mutual release of all claims This resolution marks a material reduction of a significant legacy liability and is part of the Company’s broader effort to clean up its balance sheet and eliminate overhang from prior obligations. $GTVH remains focused on: • Address remaining legacy items. • Address final Legal matter. • Strengthening the Company’s financial position.

To provide clarity, $GTVH will be addressing the remaining legacy matters currently in the process of being resolved. It is important to note that all outstanding issues related to obligations associated with Lavish, Destino Ranch, and LE Logistics were already in place before the current leadership stepped in. Additionally, Javier Leal did not bring any debt into the Company. His actions were focused on resolving legacy obligations and stabilizing the business. The previously issued 5 billion shares have been utilized strictly to address these legacy items. No shares were issued for acquisitions or personal benefit. Additional items related to these legacy matters have surfaced over the past few weeks, and the Company is actively working towards responsible resolutions in a structured manner.
