@KrankyKanadian @TheMenzoid Standing against something that never happened makes you look like a fool. Don’t believe me? Go look in a mirror. You will see a fool.

@TheMenzoid While you make a point, did you stand against the actual genocide of the Palestinians, Oh No you didn't, are you standing against Israel attacking six different countries, against the slaughter of innocent children in Gaza, Lebanon. The bias of Rebel News has become over the top

Another reason why Pearson Int. Airport is the WORST airport in the world. Adil Ali is an analyst for the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (which operates Pearson.) Ali clamours for genocide. The GTAA did NOTHING about this until Rebel News got involved. share.google/DnoEofS3dlA9c7…

Nobody was going to restaurants. Nobody was buying concert tickets. So they bought patio furniture on Amazon instead. That spending shift during COVID was not just a consumer trend. A 10% to 15% uptick in freight volumes happening almost overnight was enough to throw the entire supply chain system out of whack. That is what the supply chain crisis actually was. Not a catastrophic collapse. A relatively modest surge in demand that hit a system with no room to absorb it. Chris Shimoda breaks down exactly how it happened and what it revealed about the fragility of the freight network. Full conversation on Between Two Shovels, Episode 18. Guest: Eric Sauer and Chris Shimoda Watch the the entire conversation here : youtube.com/watch?v=UsG4XU… Title: How COVID's Online Shopping Boom Caused the Supply Chain Crisis & Broke the Freight Network Between Two Shovels is produced by the Capital SouthEast Connector Joint Powers Authority and explores transportation policy, engineering, and project delivery through conversations with industry leaders.

I know some well educated, sincere middle-class socialists, and they all have one thing in common - a complete lack of economic knowledge. Their socialism has nothing to do with economics and everything to do with a vague and emotive sense of “fairness”.

Just talked to a young family of 3 who just moved here to BC after selling everything they had in AB. They bought a 27 ft 5th wheel to live in year round as they cant afford the high rent prices. My heart goes out to these poor young families who have to live like this.

How many minimum (paid) hours per year would you expect the typical police officer (non-tactical) to be required to spend at the shooting range (or other similar training) to gain familiarity / experience with their firearm?

@LionAdvocacy WVPD just proved today at Horseshoe Ferry Terminal, beyond any doubt, that they have no reason to train. They are completely useless.

@JeffreyRWRath Just passed 15 million millennials and Gen Xyzers who have been too lazy and irresponsible to leave their mommy’s basement to vote for the last ten years since they put trudump in power to legalize marijuana yet still blame their mommies for all their problems

@MarleneJF4 @KatKanada_TM It’s easy to tell who is senile and who is not. If you vote Lieberal after witnessing the destruction of Canadian society after 10 years of corruption and incompetence, you are not sane.

Ageism! How will the gov’t know if you are a sane 95 years old, with a good memory, or a 55 years old with early onset Alzheimer’s that has progressed badly!? Get real! I doubt most people in long term care with memory issues vote anyway. Meanwhile, people like me who don’t lose their memories in their 70s, 80s or 90s are being punished because some older people get dementia. Maybe a cognitive function test to determine how well your brain works! But never based on age! Terrible idea!

If there is a minimum age to vote, maybe there should be a maximum age to vote. 🤔

@KatKanada_TM The age to vote should be same as the age to join the military, to drive a car, to buy a firearm, and to buy alcohol. I’ll start with 18 but think it should be 26, since that is when you now come off your parents insurance.

@KatKanada_TM Or maybe people under 60 should take 1/2 hour away from posting nonsense on x once every four years and leave their mommy’s basement to vote. But I guess it’s easier to just blame mommy for the fact you’re lazy selfish and irresponsible.

West Vancouver Police Department
UPDATE: The incident at the BC Ferries terminal in Horseshoe Bay has been resolved, and WVPD are working to reopen the area to the public. We thank our partner agencies for their assistance, and the community for their patience and cooperation throughout this event. Please continue to rely on @BCFerries for ferry information.

@WestVanPolice The incident at the BC Ferries terminal has been resolved in spite of WVPD doing absolutely nothing and ensuring that the entire force will be paid overtime rates for hundreds of hours. Pathetic.

Rescued after holding passengers hostage on board two ferries for 6 hours, police & emergency personnel, over 1,000 vehicles with passengers waiting several hours & many may not make it home tonight. Because of 1 miscreant threatening to hurt himself. Stop coddling miscreants!
Marc Emery@MarcScottEmery

Sorry, I’m a lousy human I guess but I think of the thousands held up for hours & hours at the ferry terminal because some self-centered miscreant with issues wants to make the whole world aware of his misery. We ferry riders don’t need this shit. Haul his ass off the ferry!
