@JuiceMan_V I was already 20 when the Wii U released. Despite having every Nintendo console, it was the first one I skipped buying. I got everything Nintendo-wise on 3DS, and I played 3rd party on PS4. There really wasn't any games I wanted to buy on Wii U out of pocket.

I maintain the opinion that overly positive Wii U era nostalgia is perpetuated by young adults who had Wii U because mommy and daddy paid for it.
Everyone else I know who were Nintendo fans online was in the trenches dealing with nonstop Wii U slander because it was flopping.

@SonicHero3D You can really tell that the Switch 2 grift and his channel is in decline. I don't know why he is farming engagement without a checkmark. Probably mad cause the youtube paychecks are an 1/8 of what they used to.

@BrianMarti42502 @thegamebusiness But releasing new games only on Switch 2 would ensure it isn't pirated atleast for a long while. Plus you don't have data on your claim. The fact is that Tears was pirated alot. Why buy a game if you can already play it for free.

Vindicated! (lol) I knew I was not misremembering things with Star Fox from back in the day.
This is kinda like what I was saying on the Spawncast. The movie design is cute, but the realstic design is what Star Fox actually was and should be imo.

@PlayerEssence My thinking is that Nate thought it was April since Nintendo announces directs a few days before its game reveals. Since we got no warning on the direct and was shown the same day, the whole thing felt rushed. I don't know why some people are angry for the date being off a week.

Nate deserves a ton of credit here. Yes, the timing was off just a bit (less than a week). But he nailed everything else with Star Fox for Switch:
- Classic gameplay
- Good graphics
- June release date

Metaphor has sold over 2 million copies in less than 2 years. The game is one of the best RPGs ever and no clown like this person will ever convince me that this game was a failure.
