mixing 1 spoon each peanut or almond butter, yogurt, protein powder, freezing and coating in dark chocolate and almonds

homemade protein bar I had a few people ask me tips on how to gain weight, so I made this recipe as a high calorie high protein snack the entire tray made 18/20 pieces Each piece around 55 grams, 256 calories , 8g protein homemade protein bar/weight gain 200g dates, 100g dry figs (soak in hot water to make easier to mash) 50g crushed almonds 30g pumpkin/sunflower seeds 10g chia seeds 150g peanut butter 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 150g oats 30g honey (optional for sweetness) mash all together, bake @ 180’ for 20/25m
