We found a particularly useful strategy to generate SO2F2 on demand. The subsequent #SuFEx ligation was completed in only 2 min (!), resulting in wide applicability, incl. small molecules, peptides, and proteins. 🔗chemrxiv.org/engage/chemrxi… #FlowChemistry #ClickChemistry
