516 days since the Taliban BANNED girls from going to school. Afghanistan is the ONLY country on earth that forbids women and girls from getting an education. To deprive the women & girls of Afghanistan the basic human right of an education is a grave crime against humanity.

The @CBC story linked to my original Facebook post about this issue. It’s stronger that what I posted on Twitter. The root of the problem is that there is a virtual monopoly. One company controls all the airlines in the North. They can do what they want, charge what they want.

@kowalchukfarms1 The way your pictures capture the prairie skies is amazing! I didn’t appreciate them until I lived in southern Ontario for a few years. Similar seasons here, but spraying instead of scouting.

Alanna Koch: government is run by the people who show up. Too true on all big decisions about ag. It's why MCGA's strategic plan includes our commitment to Show Up Where It Counts. @CanolaGrowers

.@aitcmb is still 100 volunteers short for CALM classroom visits. If you are local to me and have never volunteered before, I would be happy to have you join me on a classroom visit to see what it's all about.
