Mak dia pun enabler siap suruh tinggal mayat that girl atas jalan. Kt sini mmg, anak lelaki buat salah ke apa, mak always jd enabler. Same goes to kes dadah, siapa lg yg selalu pergi jamin kalau bukan mak sendiri. Tak faham jugak aku pun.

Do you think Malaysia’s Malay establishment actually cares about the brain drain? The answer is NO. In fact, a former deputy prime minister once openly said he was happy that talented Chinese and Indians were leaving, because they were among the strongest critics of the system. Instead, the official narrative spins brain drain as Malaysia “doing the world a favour” by exporting talent. TalentCorp and others have even claimed we can easily lure these people back once they’ve gained overseas experience. Reality tells a different story. More than half of the scientists and professionals who return eventually leave Malaysia again. Why? Because they are often met with deliberate obstacles: endless red tape, non-recognition of foreign qualifications (a medical specialist may suddenly find his credentials “not recognised”), and outright sabotage from jealous colleagues in local universities and institutions. I personally know a medical specialist who came back to Sarawak to contribute in the public hospital. In less than three years, he packed up and moved his family back to the UK. He says he has told all his Malaysian friends in the UK not to come back and waste their time. He says he came back for family links but realised that he will have to give up his career. The only group that seems to return permanently are those coming back semi-retired. They come back for the family, food and the low cost of luxury living. They keep a low profile. Many of them actually made their money in Singapore. In short, the establishment is largely unbothered that Malaysia has become a convenient HR pipeline for Singapore and other countries. They see it as a useful safety valve: talented non-Malays who are unhappy can simply leave, reducing domestic pressure for meaningful reform. As long as this outlet exists, the incentive to fix the underlying problems remains weak. Non-Malays can complain as loudly as they want, but without real political leverage, nothing fundamental changes. Its all a big con. That’s how the brain drain debate actually functions in Malaysia. Do you agree? #Malaysia #Discrimination #Global #Talent #KetuananMelayuIslam
