@shellistevens Oh! Stopping iron is because it can cause constipation. It's fine if it doesn't for you. No nsaids (Advil) or fish oil 3 days prior due to bleeding risk in case there are polyps that need to be removed.

@shellistevens Um... soft foods the day before and LOTS of water. Pre-game the dehydration. Food coloring is a no go. I did the pills last time and it was the fastest and easiest I've done. The powder into Gatorade isn't bad.

@ZoeYorkWrites From left field,,, when I wound up in the ER on the scans and punctures and hydromorphone circus, oxygen helped. My stats were fine, it helped ease the pain. 2 days, 3 neuros, and a room never opened up. I hope you get some answers so you can sleep. Pain is exhausting.

I want to be clear that the esssential health care I need has been prioritized appropriately. I had two CT scans and two lumbar punctures yesterday. I’m being carefully monitored and treated.

So…I’m in the hospital. I wasn’t going to say anything until I know exactly what’s wrong with me, but it’s 3 am and I’ve been in the hospital system since 2 pm yesterday and frankly, I feel like live tweeting some shit. #onpoli #ontmed
