5/ Emphasising the need for a stronger evidence base before proceeding with treatments like puberty blockers & hormone therapies, the review veers away from the affirmative care model many trans individuals & advocates support.

4/ The Cass Review has sparked concern in the trans community, as it suggests a more cautious approach to medical interventions for young people with gender dysphoria.

3/ The review applies a double-blind criteria to any study within scope, even when the research itself doesn’t lend it to be double-blind. Give over 100 studies & key research have been omitted, this has potentially led to the altering of the review's final conclusion.

2/ Reports are also now suggesting over 100 studies were discarded because the Cass Review didn’t like the conclusion.

1/ The Review is a biased, methodologically flawed, ideologically led study. Concerns arise as almost all scientific studies suggesting trans positive outcomes have been dismissed due to impossible research method restrictions.

The Cass report looking really corrupt. They invalidated basically every study done on gender affirming care because they aren’t double blind. But it is literally impossible to do a double blind study on HRT, a teen is going to notice no changes to their bodies soon enough.
