@PaulNWilliamz @eemoin Truly, my highest respect goes to the physician who types those two phrases, I am now paying very close attention to the rest of the chart and the clinical status of the patient. And I’m very nervous. And I think the patient has gotten excellent care from the doc who wrote that.
