@ditzles_ It will change your life. Well, maybe your dinner. I've always done it. Saves valuable space. Just remember to add salt. It needs it.

@ditzles_ I make stock cubes. Make the stock, then reduce it. Freeze in ice cube bags or silicone trays. Makes risottos, soups, pies or stews so much better.

A rare visit here but I wanted to share with #TreeClub. The late afternoon sun is just perfect.
