Today I have been alcohol free for 6 months! A few observations, as someone who used to drink all the time:

Man goes biking, flips his bike, hits his head, gets knockedout and doesn't regain consciousness until sometime during the ambulance ride. Apple Watch detects the fall, autodials 911 with his location and EMS has him picked up and in the hospital in <30 minutes. 🙏🏻❤😇 @tim_cook

What's going on with all the young riders taking over? Pogacar, Evenepoel, Bernal, Sivakov etc.? It could be just a coincidence and we won't see a crop of youngsters like this for decades. Only time will tell. But, I've a theory, feel free to tell me I'm talking bollocks.
