Man kicked a stray dog, then a group of nearby strays heard the shriek and instantly came to the rescue. A man was walking down a street in Mexico City when he tripped near a stray dog and got startled after the dog barked. Instead of walking away, he got angry. Witnesses said he tried kicking the dog once and missed, then tried again before finally landing a kick that made the dog shriek in pain. That was his biggest mistake. Moments later, other stray dogs in the area heard the cry and started running toward him. Within seconds, the man went from acting tough to sprinting down the street while a pack of dogs chased after him. People nearby said he ran until he was completely exhausted, with some joking he got the longest workout of his life for messing with the wrong stray. The dog he kicked was later checked on and appeared okay, but online, people had very little sympathy for the man. Most said he was lucky the dogs only made him run, instead of mauling him like some people believed he deserved.
